By placing an order with BioLifeLab you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Nature of the products

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not FDA approved medications, are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing on behalf of a qualified research entity. We reserve the right to decline any order where we have reason to believe the products would be used outside a research context.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioLifeLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
